It's nice to be a beginner, full of curiosity, but you need to know how to draw the attention of a Registered Training Organization who is looking for coaches. It is never easy to find the best RTO for training. If you are joining an organization on the chance of a job, study what is on their scope. Analyze your present technical qualifications and expertise to the competency courses or units that you feel secure in teaching.
